Irish Dancers Making The World A Better Place

In 2023, IDM launched the Donation Challenge which encouraged dance schools to launch a food drive during the month of March. The program was a huge success with food drives all over the world. Clan Rince School of Irish Dance in California was able to collect over 400 cans. In Rochester, New York, Dunleavy Irish Dance donated to Bethany House, providing care for women and children struggling with homelessness.

The McGing Irish Dance School donated their cans to a local organization, Operation Gives Back, which helps families in the Cincinnati area with meals, supplies, and care. Schools like Celtic Irish Dance Academy in California and The Rankin Holland Academy in Ohio also greatly contributed and responded to IDM’s call to action with lots of enthusiasm.

Now, in year two, the DONATION CHALLENGE was even bigger and better than 2023.
