World Qualifer for the 2027 World Irish Dancing Championships. The 2026 Oireachtas will take place in Milwaukee, WI at the Baird Center. Located in the heart of downtown, the main entrance for the Baird is 405 W Kilbourn Ave.
The event coves dancers in fourteen states: Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Dakota and Wisconsin.
The dedicated hotel block includes 20 properties all less than 1 mile from the Baird Center. The flagship hotels are the Hyatt Regency Milwaukee and the Hilton Milwaukee. Both hotels are playing host, and both are connected to the Baird Center via skywalk. The block opens on Thursday, August 20th at noon CST. The link for accessing all hotels will be distributed to teachers on the opening date.
