Why Sleep, Nutrition & Hydration are VITAL!

There are three things you MUST focus on if you want to achieve your best and often one or more of these are overlooked in the days leading up to a big event or competition. These are sleep, nutrition, and hydration.

Sleep is your body's natural recovery tool. It helps repair muscles, refreshes your mind, and restores energy. Without sufficient rest, both mental focus and physical strength decline, making you more prone to injury.

Nutrition plays a critical role in fueling your body. A balanced diet filled with carbohydrates, proteins, and healthy fats ensures you have the energy to perform at your best and recover properly after workouts or competitions.

Hydration keeps your muscles functioning optimally and helps regulate body temperature. Even mild dehydration can affect your stamina, focus, and overall performance.
